The leadership of HLI is comprised of a diverse group of leaders who serve God in different ways: from pastors, elders, and deacons, to lay-leaders as well. In their diverse roles, these individuals have sought to serve and raise new leaders and, by God’s grace, have witnessed fruitfulness as new Hispanic leaders have emerged. The leadership’s understanding of the church, the growing Hispanic community, as well as their experiences in raising and supporting leaders makes them a vital part of the future of our ministry efforts.
